 he Hamilton Ballroom sits high atop the historic
Hamilton Building in downtown Wichita Falls. It
occupies the east end of the 12th floor and offers
views facing south and east of Wichita Falls and
beyond. It is two stories in height with hand painted
exposed beams, original hardwood floors, large fireplace
(non-working) and windows stretching nearly to the ceiling.
The ballroom was once used as a lounge and dance floor as
part of the Wichita Club. In the late 1920's during the
construction of the Hamilton Building, Mr. W. B. Hamilton had
the two top floors of the building designed and built
specifically for The Wichita Club. Today, the ballroom still has
many of the original features as described above.
Additionally, the library room which is adjacent to the
ballroom is still intact . This long narrow room was once
used by the city's elite for conducting business meetings and
for gathering to share news of the area.
This beautiful hideaway provides a unique location within Wichita Falls to hold your
special events such as parties, birthdays, receptions, business meetings, etc. The ballroom can
accommodate 60 to 70 people for a sit-down function like a dinner party. For dances or casual events, it can
accommodate up to 175 people. The main ballroom is approximately 43' x 50' in dimension with the reception/entry area measuring about 15' x 40'. The library room is approximately 40' x 14'. A preparation area which includes a refrigerator and sink is also available.

Main Ballroom - $500.00
Library - $150.00
* Each additional hour over 4 hours is $110.00
Chairs - $1.50ea
Tables - $6.00ea
* Chairs and table are delivered to the room, no set-up is included. $15.00 per hour is charged for room configuration or set-up.
Rental rates include rental for 4 hours of either the ballroom and/or the library.
A $200.00 security, damage and cleaning deposit is required.
